Mera Peak is often recommended for climbers with prior high-altitude trekking experience and basic mountaineering skills. While not technical, it requires physical fitness and acclimatization.
Climbing Mera Peak requires permits such as the Sagarmatha National. Park entry permit, Makalu-Barun National Park entry permit, and a climbing permit specifically for Mera Peak. Our team assists in obtaining these permits.
The best climbing seasons are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) due to stable weather, clear skies, and favorable climbing conditions.
